It’s Slimming World’s 40th Birthday this week, so we had food tasting session at the local group.
Lots of imaginative dishes, but we did end up talking about food all night! I made the Slimmer’s World quiche – more of a frittata really. Very easy to make – tub of low fat cottage cheese, 3 eggs – mix up. You can then add whatever you fancy …mixed veg and potatoes , bacon, mushrooms, onions – I like to add a tin of salmon – even real men like this!
Great for lunch on any plan.
Suppose I should have made the turkey frittata in the Extra Easy book – that would have been -one more done.
I have monitoring my short stats – no nothing to do with tape measures – tells you how many people have looked at your site. Over 500 hits so far – perhaps a career in web analytics beckons
